Our condo association has a planned property project scheduled for Oct. 2026 – Dec.2026. There is a possibility that this could push into Jan. 2027. We anticipate workers being on property, but not inside condos, during the weekdays, from 7am to 7pm. Noisy work is permitted from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. There will not be any work on weekends, nor Holidays (Thanksgiving day or the day following, nor Christmas Eve though New Year’s Day) Portions of the parking lot may be occupied by equipment.
