How Many People Do I Need to Attend?
While it only takes 2 people and the officiant to have a wedding, most couples want to invite their closest friends and family. When considering Beacher’s Lodge for your wedding venue please take into account that we do have a 10 room booking minimum. Meaning you will need to make sure you have enough guests attending to book 10 rooms with us. With a 10 reservation room block, we typically offer group rates and the conference room is offered complimentary for small receptions or gatherings of less than 50 people. The only way to avoid our 10 room minimum would be if you are booking with us in the off season. In the situation that you are considering a wedding in November, December or January, please do not hesitate to give us a call to find out further details on the minimum room bookings and pricing. We book up rather quickly so if you have an idea of a date it’s better to call us sooner rather than later!
How Much Help Will I Have?
We are the perfect venue for the most enthusiastic DIY bride. When it comes to setting up, it’s time to put those DIY skills to the test. We strongly recommend having a wedding coordinator to steer you in the right direction. Although we do not assist with set-ups or decorations, we do offer the use of our tables and chairs to help buffer the costs that quickly added up for any wedding. The good news, beachy decor is readily available locally and if you’re a huge craft store fan and enjoy these projects then this could be the perfect project for you!
