Attention Guests, we are anticipating a property project during this time. Workers may be present from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday - Friday. We do not expect any disruption to enjoyment on weeknights or weekends, however during the week between the hours of 8 am and 6 pm, you may experience the presence of workers and/or construction noise/dust. This 2nd Floor Studio suite has everything you will find in an ocean front suite, except for the direct ocean view. Although the room is not directly oceanfront, the ocean view through Crescent Beach Park is beautiful. This studio suite has a queen bed and a queen sleeper sofa (sofa not in current photos but has been put in condo where glass table is shown). Perfect for those on a budget. The ceiling fan welcomes in the beach breeze. The bathroom has a tub/shower. Daily housekeeping is included at no additional fee on nightly and weekly reservations. This is a lovely studio suite with everything you need to be happy at the beach! (The 2nd Floor Studios can not be reached by the elevators on the property, you must take stairs to get to the 2nd Floor) PETS ARE ALLOWED (Breed restrictions apply). TWO PETS MAX. $75 PER PET.
