Attention Guests, we are anticipating a property project during this time. Workers may be present from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday - Friday. This thoughtful 3rd Floor Balcony Suite is perfectly located, close to the beach access with a beautiful ocean view. The Balcony is the perfect spot for sharing a sunrise or a glass of wine in the evening. This condo is equipped with a 40" flat screen TV in the living room that includes HD programming. The queen sleeper sofa has a memory foam sleeper sofa mattress and a small recliner. The kitchen was recently remodeled to include a 4 burner stove with oven and new appliances and countertop. The bathroom has plenty of storage space for towels and an updated walk in shower. Ceiling fans in both the living room and bedroom keep the beach breeze throughout the condo. The private bedroom has a King size Beautyrest pillow top mattress and a 26" flat screen TV. This is a great spot to enjoy all there is to enjoy at the beach! NO PETS ALLOWEDAmenities ↑↓
