Attention Guests, we are anticipating a property project during this time. Workers may be present from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday - Friday. This 4th floor balcony suite is just beachy with seaside tones and decor throughout. This is a great location on the top floor. Enjoy the balcony view from the comfort of the two sling back chairs. Or if you prefer, the queen sleeper sofa with a memory foam sleeper mattress or comfortable chair in the living room is the perfect spot to enjoy the ocean view or the 40" flatscreen TV. This condo owner pays for popular programming for the televisions (same channel line up as before 10/2023). Mirrored walls in the living room give this condo a spacious feel. The kitchen is fully equipped with the 4 burner stove top and oven. The bathroom has been remodeled recently to include a walk in shower with grab bar and plenty of storage space.
