Attention Guests, we are anticipating a property project during this time. Workers may be present from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday - Friday. This condo is one of the most private at the pool area, with only one neighbor next door this 4th floor suite is a great location, close to the pool, beach and elevator access. The sofa in the living room is the perfect spot to enjoy the beach breeze or the 27" flat screen TV. Paddle ceiling fans in the living room and bedroom moves the ocean breeze throughout the condo. The kitchen has everything you'll need including a stove top with oven. The bathroom was remodeled with a new tub with grab bar and new vanity.
