Attention Guests, we are anticipating a property project during this time. Workers may be present from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday - Friday. This darling 2nd floor balcony suite will keep you coming back for more. Imagine reclining in your cozy recliner, listening to the ocean waves just outside your sliding glass door. This condo owner pays for popular programming for the televisions (same channel line up as before 10/2023). There is a queen sleeper sofa with a memory foam sleeper mattress if you want to wake up to the sunrise on the ocean, or retreat to your private bedroom with King size bed and 22" flat screen TV. The kitchen is modern and streamlined with a two burner flat top stove and large refrigerator. The bathroom is completely remodeled with walk in shower and new vanity. Although this unit is tiled, this condo will not allow a pet.
